Conducted contextual interviews; analyzed task workflow, frequency and importance; built wireframes. Human Factors consultant and supervisor on fourteen software design projects for three products, including CompRecon (web application), Web Portfolio Manager (website), and Advanced Loans (software application).

Design Standards

Created and maintained Visual Index of Components Used in Forms – standard styles and patterns for software and website forms. Led company-wide discussion group of software design patterns. Summarized results in corporate wiki. Provided guidance on use of software design patterns and components.

Interaction Design

In charge of defining the architecture and prototyping the task-based interface for Enterprise Configuration Manager — a web-based enterprise computer management application. Architect responsible for the creation of a conceptually new application module. Responsible for definition of user tasks, generation of user interface taxonomy.

Defined and created style guides and prototypes. In charge of creation of workflow diagrams, wireframes, conceptualization and implementation of UI graphics and HTML templates.


Responsible for usability studies, contextual interviews. Composed user questionnaires, analyzed user profiles to build a matrix of the most common and valuable user tasks.

Creative Director, Visual Designer / Web Developer – 2001-2003

Software Design

Designer in charge of prototypes for all screens of Enterprise Configuration Manager. Designer and producer of all graphics and styles used in the application. Supervisor of development of workflow for the application module. Key contributor to transition to the new, web-based version of the product.

Corporate Website

Designer in charge of redesign and maintenance of company website (architecture, information flow, navigation, page layouts, visual concept, all graphics, Flash and Gif animations, coding, content updates etc.) and for all web marketing materials (ads, virtual exhibits).
